Car dismantling statistics for 2020
Key data
Under ARN’s direction, the chain dismantled no fewer than 186,300 cars in 2020. Together, we succeeded in making 98.3 per cent of the materials, by weight, gainfully reusable. Car-dismantling companies accounted for 24.4 per cent of this total and the shredder and post shredder companies accounted for 73.9 per cent.
